The plaster walls, and drop ceiling of the Gallery/Retail space were removed to expose the brick walls, wood bow-truss rafters, and skylights. All the interior wood and brick were sandblasted back to original surfaces. A new concrete floor was poured and new storefront windows, exterior Art Deco style tile, new plumbing, and ADA compliant bathroom were added.
The gallery/retail space consists of approximately 1,300 sf. of open space, with exposed mezzanine for storage. Other features include: high tech track lighting, central heat/air conditioning, security gates and security system.
